She has approximately twenty years experience in financial services working with SME’s and high net worth individuals and managing the Wellway group of businesses, which she joined in 1996.

Richard studied accountancy and economics at Newcastle University, and has approximately thirty years experience in financial services and advising SME’s and high net worth individuals.
He started the business in 1994 and added financial services to his qualifications in 1995.
Being fully qualified as a Chartered Accountant and an Independent Financial Adviser, he has a wide and in depth knowledge of the full range of tax planning options. He is ideally placed to offer tax advice to individuals with above average levels of complexity, due to income levels or business interests.
